ChargeRadar provides monitoring, dashboards, and alerts based on your own Shopify store's payment-dispute and order data, accessed through read-only credentials you grant. ChargeRadar is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Shopify, Visa, or Mastercard.
You must be the store owner or an authorized administrator to connect a store. You are responsible for the accuracy of information displayed and for all decisions you make based on it (including whether to refund an order or respond to a dispute).
Paid plans are billed monthly through our merchant of record (currently via Paddle or Creem), which acts as the seller of record and handles taxes. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and the service remains active until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Shopify API changes may temporarily affect features; we will restore them as soon as practical. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChargeRadar's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, reserves applied, funds frozen, or account termination by Shopify or any payment network.
You may stop using the service and revoke access at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service (e.g., connecting stores you are not authorized to access).
