What ChargeRadar is

ChargeRadar is a read-only monitoring tool for Shopify merchants. We watch your store's payment-dispute data and show it back to you as a dashboard with warnings. We are not affiliated with Shopify, Visa, or Mastercard.

What data we access

When you connect your store, you grant a read-only Shopify API access limited to two scopes:

• read_orders — used to count orders (as the denominator of your dispute rate) and read risk flags on orders.
• read_shopify_payments_disputes — used to read your payment disputes (status, amounts, deadlines, reasons).

The access token cannot modify orders, issue refunds, change settings, or move money.

What we store

• Aggregates and dispute records needed to render your dashboard: dispute status/amount/deadline, order counts, computed rates.
• Your store's myshopify.com domain and your account email if you subscribe.
• We do not persist your API access token. In the current version the token is used per-request and kept only in your own browser (session/local storage). If a server-side integration is introduced later, this policy will be updated before that happens.
• We do not store buyer personal data (no customer names, addresses, emails, or card numbers) beyond what appears in a dispute record itself.

What we never do

• We never sell or share your store data with third parties.
• We never use your data to train models or for advertising.
• We never contact your customers.

Deletion and uninstall

You can revoke ChargeRadar's access in your Shopify admin at any time (Settings → Apps). Email huangtony2025@gmail.com to delete all stored dashboard data — we process deletion requests within 48 hours. When a store is disconnected, associated stored data is deleted within 30 days.

Service providers

The dashboard runs on Cloudflare Workers. Payment processing (for paid plans) is handled by our merchant of record, which processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see your card number.
